The laundry facilities at my apartment complex nearby are terrible. I have to pay cash and can only reload my laundry card during business hours.

Decided to give this place a try and am pleasantly surprised! Love being able to pay by card and also love that they are open everyday of the week! Seems busy which is a good sign, and like that there are tv's, snack machines, and different games for entertainment.

Cleanliness could use some work. There does seem to be a bunch of machines "temporarily out of service" but I'll wait and see if this is addressed before changing my rating.

*UPDATE 8/6/17*

It seems Spintastic has taken my comments and instituted changes to address them! Today I arrived to do some laundry and see that most if not all machines are now working, and the facilities are much cleaner! Very happy with the changes and concern for customer satisfaction! Will definitely continue doing laundry here!

Must buy a card to load money to use machines $1 a card. If you use your CC or debit card must add a minimum of $10. The machines are ancient to be polite. I washed 1 towel 6 pairs of socks and my work pants it took $3 to dry and $3 to wash. Which if you have multiple loads I can see that adding up pretty quickly besides the machines the attendants are rude so yea just find a newer establishment

I am thoroughly impressed with this place. The washer and dryer were so clean and emaculatley thorough! My boyfriend and I cleaned loads and loads of clothes as we have just moved the remainder of our clothing from storage which we just wanted to do a quick wash. We're not usually a fan of public places because the machines don't seem to clean as precise as our own at our previous home but honestly the machines cleaned our items in a timely fashion and I am still making comments on how clean and soft and amazing my clothes feel. I personally believe that the machines are just as responsible of clean laundry as the detergent if not more. This is why I give it 4 and the 5th start is simply because it's comfortable with couches and a really cool pool table should you be bored. Great place!

✓I have only cheated on them once haha

This is for certain the place for traveling people to go and feel confident they are dealing with good and well kept machinery, and to walk in knowing they are using a clean store even all the way up to the closing hours. Thank you such class and dignity in your profession and your shop.

I love this place, staff is super friendly, machines work really efficiently. They even have a credit card reader for payment; which is super convenient. They have cheap games there and great seating that's super comfortable and pass time with ease (good and bad, because you might forget you have other things to do). Truly a relaxing environment.

CHANEL…is AMAZING‼️ the owners are truly BLESSED to have such a “jewel”💎💎 my first time at a public laundromat, i had no idea how this system worked😱 what a treasure…Chanel took time to give me a thorough/mini lesson on everything…WHEW!! i don’t know if everyone who works here is that amazing, but i’m grateful that my first experience was when Chanel was working💙 i love the ambience and the cleanliness of this place! i will eventually need to replace my washer, but for now… i have a nice laundromat where i can do my laundry🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

I have read some of the negative comments here....They are specious..heh..love that word.
Machines break, thus far in the history of laundrydom I don't think a perfect machine has ever been manufactured. Personally I would not arrive at 10:30 pm to a laundromat that closes at 11pm..but that's just one man's opinion.

OK..heckling of other posts aside.

Staff is professional and completely bilingual. The facility is very clean. It is, by far, the largest laundromat I have ever seen. It is cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The machines are kept clean. I had one break on me mid-cycle once..I was given an apology and a free wash. I am not sure what else I could have asked for. The prices seem consistent with other area facilities. Some might feel they are a bit higher..If so, I would say.."pay the difference," The cleanliness of the facility and the staff's professional demeanor would warrant the extra buck or two.

Try Spintastic. It's Fantastic....wow..that was corny wasn't it? :)

Just a short addition: I have been to over a dozen other laundromats in other cities. Nothing comes close to Spintastic

Had a good experience at spintastic today. Not very busy on a Monday midday. Plenty of washer/dryer choices. Don't be afraid to over load the wash card as the employee will refund the remaining amount plus the card deposit when you are finished. I liked that she asked why I wanted to return the card. Living out of state but will be back to do my laundry when I am in town. They offer free wifi but I didn't see the password anywhere. Didn't ask the employee but maybe it could be posted.

Myra is amazing. Patient, kind, and helpful. We played pool while we waited for our comforter to wash/dry and she helped pull the balls out from the pool table! And...the facility is clean, lots of working washers and dryers of all sizes, reasonable prices for machines, and abundant parking spots. Will definitely go back if needed.
