REVISED STATEMENT:
There promotions are not what they seem and if you ask about the promotion ask for it in writing so when things go wrong you have documentation about what you were originally told. They will make up for it that one day your there buy it will not happen anymore. Extremely disappointed. Tried to be professional and explain what I was told and what happened. Workers energy changed so I changed mine to match hers. It’s sad when you have to match the energy given to you to get anything fixed or at least be heard.

PREVIOUS REVIEW:
I absolutely love this laundry mat! They are always cleaning the staff is so friendly. Dani showed me how to use their mobile app so if I don’t have cash I can use the app to earn reward points that can pay for washing and drying my clothes. If I forget my supplies the washing machine has built in fabric softener and detergent or the vending machines. They also offer wash and gold services! My friends love it as well!

Im so upset right now. I just found out that whatever money you upload to your card on the app does not transfer to a different location. I literally added all my clothes detergent, and money into this location only to be told I cant used the money because I uploaded the money unknowingly to a specific location and not were I was today. I had to take all my clothes out to go to the location where I reloaded the money. They definitely should have that posted at all location that they are franchised.

Very clean and spacious. Different sized washers and dryers for every need. Bathroom clean as well. Vending machines with laundry supplies if you're in need. Overall, very nice place.
