I was visiting Charlotte for about a week and after the 3rd day I needed to wash my clothes. I went online and looked for the closest laundromat. Spintastic was the first on the top of the page and decided to give them a try. BEST LAUNDROMAT EVER.!! They have a pool table, some arcades and vending machines,. what about WIFI? Yes they have Wifi, my time went flying ! for the first time in my life I enjoyed doing laundry.!

This laundromat is going down hill. I used to love this laundromat. Not anymore

I drop off clothes every week, and have been doing it for almost 3 years. I would drop it off around 9am and it would be ready by 5pm. Not no more. Now its 24hrs. Its not like I'm dropping of 3 baskets, its just a small bag.

I decided to give this laundromat another chance, since the one
near me to me closed. I got there and I was greeted by "Sergio"
he was the one that showed me how to use the card system years ago :)
the place was clean and with Sergio's great service, I was able to get a new laundry card. I love Sergio and he made my experience coming back really good.

Staff was pleasant and greeted me with a smile and hello. The card system threw me off (I had a pocket full of quarters ready) but was quite easy.
I would return if I'm in the area again.

Easy washing and drying . Machine does not take coins . You have to purchase a laundry reloadable card from a machine . The machine accepts cash and credit/debit card to load laundry card. Prices range from $4-$8/washer depending on size. Dryers are ranged from $0.25-$1.00 depending on size. They are open till 10pm but last wash is 8 or 8:30pm

Spintastic is the best laundromat in Charlotte. The cashless machines are my favorite. I never have to remember to get change, they have a machine where you swipe your card to reload a laundry card to pay for everything there. The more you spend the more bonuses you get! I’ve probably gotten $20 in bonus on my laundry card just for reloading my card! Huge space with tons of washers and dryers! They have a washer so big it can fit 10 loads. Hate to admit it but I literally do all my laundry once a month and it takes less then 2 hours do to there, rather then 2 days at my apartments laundromat. I recommend them! Open late. Bilingual, and they have ice cream!

Nice self-serve laundromat. Plenty of machines for various load sizes. Comfortable seating while you wait for your clothes to finish their washing and drying cycles. Vending machines and a pool table too. Lots of folding areas. Good spot if you’re in LoSo and need to get your laundry done.

It was fine. I came to wash bulky comforters and heavy blankets. Somehow didn't realize you needed to use a reloadable laundry card and thought my credit card was being declined at the machine. Opened up my laptop to get some work done but couldn't find the WiFi password anywhere. I wish each machine stated how much the wash or dry cycle is BEFORE you start it so I would know how much to put on the laundry card. Overall clean but if the place got a fresh coat of paint, some clearer signage and deep cleaned the floors it would be better.

I’ve been a loyal customer at Spintastic for close to 5yrs. I can honestly tell you I’ve enjoyed washing my clothes here or even dropping them off for wash-n-pick up later.
The staff are all polite friendly folks that make you feel welcome.
The Machines awesome & the set up to use them are a godsend in all respects.
During the CV19 pandemic they took every measure to stay open for business & to keep their staff & customers safe from catching CV19.
And Mrs. Shanell is my second favorite person to have met here. The other lady no longer works there. But Shanell is the best now.

Well, I will say very clean, very nice front desk lady, and super quick dryers ,It's been 20 yrs plus, since I have used a laundromat,Not that I have anything against them, but thank God they are still around when you need one.I was in charollette on vacation and place I was staying had issues with service so I found this place I was very pleased and everyone was courteous and friendly
