3 mins for 25cents to dry, attendant try to over charge for bag sign says $6 he says 7.50. bathroom out of order attendant didn't have change for a $20. Just no thanks I know better now

If I could leave zero stars, I would have left zero I’ve been coming here for the last few weeks, trying to cut down on my laundry time at home and so I know how much I need to wash and dry my clothes I come with the same size baskets I wash the same size loads every week This week I somehow got a dryer that wasn’t working and the employee couldn’t help me get a refund because he initially told me I waited too long but I still had 9 minutes left when I brought it to his attention and clearly management didn’t want to do anything about it either. Also The employee on duty had alcohol on his breath. So overall this was the worst laundry mat I’ve ever used and I will not be returning and will use alternate places to wash.

Nice, clean and great customer service, but dryers too expensive. Washer cost was good, but those dryers didn't dry my clothes after putting $3 in each. 3 minutes per quarter is ridiculous especially when your clothes still come out wet and damp. First and last time. Wasting time and money.
Hello, we are glad to hear that you had a good service experience. I understand you feel that dryers are expensive, but we keep the price as standard compare to other laundromats. We do suggest to load clothes enough to leave room for air to circulate. Most of the time if the dryers are full of clothes the issue is circulation of air. We would like to help you understand this if given another chance. But we do understand if you want to try other places as well. Thank you.
