We were traveling and needed to stop to do laundry. The washing machine took our money $8.25 (not kidding) and it didn’t start. We downloaded the app they requested, and received an error message so it still refused to start. The coin return didn’t work so no refund. No one works on site either so I called their phone number multiple times. I left a message and no return phone call. I do not recommend this business.

It's not their fault really, they try and keep the laundromat cleaned up but the people trash it.

We do like the games to play and the prices are comparable to the other laundromats in town. It's convenient location is helpful.

Dryer did not work. Lost money. Dryers melted all of my soft blankets and fleece clothing. Don't do your laundry here.

First time I’ve used this one. It was very clean and cameras are visible to prevent theft, it was also open late enough I could put it in before work and get it after!

Oct 23rd around 3:40 pm the coin machine which says accepts $20, took my $20, never gave me quarters. Called the number multiple times and left multiple messages. Finally owner picked up 5 days later and was a complete D-bag, saying he hasn't received any calls or messages and I said I've called multiple times and he responded okay so out of the 346 calls you made. Like what a complete douche to be condescending to a customer you should be apologizing too. He said go ahead and text me at this number with details and ill look into and get back to, there are cameras. Here we are 16 days since his machine took my momey and still haven't heard back. Sent more text and more calls. I would avoid this guys businesses at all cost.

Our good BLANKET was STOLEN from a washing machine this morning, because we ran to Menards to look for new washing machine, 45 mins later it was stolen by a woman from the machines that are right in front of entrance, an elderly woman sitting there told my husband a woman took it. PEOPLE are not honest at all now adays!!!!!!!!!!
