Worst laundromat I've ever been to in Washington. They deserve 0 stars if that was an option. Its a small, dirty, run down laundromat with a number of broken machines owned by a rude & insane Asian couple.. I arrived there in evening at 6pm to do a vanload of laundry (around $50 worth) ..the Asian guy says we'll be closing early (it's posted they close at 10) and instead come back in the morning.. so, i came back in the morning, by 8am, to put the laundry into the washing machines, and I had found out afterwards that 2 washing machines had took my quarters but wouldn't turn on.. (they were broken) each machine was 4.75 X 2 = 9.50.. so I showed it to the Asian guy, and he said that I must have broken his machines and that he wouldn't give any refund, and if I ask him again for a refund that he will "call the cops and have them throw me out with all my wet fuc*ing laundry from the machines.." ..then he walks away when another customer walks in, only to return 10 minutes later, yelling for me to "take my laundry and get the fuc* out of his laundromat" ..I tried explained to him not to worry about the refund for the 2 broken washers, and I told him I was sorry if somehow I broke his washing machine by putting quarters into it.. (which is total b.s. there's no way I had ruined his machines) anyways, he kept ranting on that he'd stop the washing machines, but thank God, he walked away and they finished on their own, then as I was putting the wet clothes in the dryers, he comes over again threatening me, saying that I have 30 minutes to dry everything and leave the laundromat before "he calls the cops to get me the fuc* out of his store".. 30 mins later as I'm taking the STILL DAMP laundry from the machines into plastic bags, he and his insane Asian wife come over and start throwing the laundry from the dryers into plastic bags, which they then throw outside their laundromat in their parking lot.. ..during those several minutes he's cursing at me like a mentally deranged person from psychiatric hospital.. then once the laundry was all thrown into bags and tossed outside on their parking lot, him and his crazy wife pick up a small folding table and start pushing me out the door with that table, yelling and cursing at me until I walked out their door.

They had just a few other people there at the time, and they seemed shocked to see how crazy this Asian couple were.. I think there was a lady about to do laundry there who had suddenly left when she saw all the commotion going on with their POLITE Asian courtesy.. I had called Seattle PD to file a harassment report yesterday, but they said there's been numerous complaints from this laundromat, and the wait time for an officer could take up to 2 hours, so I decided not to waste any more time with them.

Seriously, this place should be avoided like the plague. It's better to pay more at a normal laundromat than to go to this White Center Laundromat.. And I seriously hope that all of their machines breakdown and that they go out of business soon. They are a complete disgrace to Seattle, Washington, and to our great country of the U.S.A.

A clean place, and the washers are great and the dryers are also large and dry quite well in no time. And next to it is a donut shop 😋😋😋😋that you can go eat while you wait for your clothes hahahahaha🤣🤣🤣🤣 …

IF I COULD GIVE IT A LESSER RATING I WOULD!! HOW YOU STAY IN BUSINESS IS SHOCKING TO SAY THE LEAST!! No management on site, drug users in the bathroom over an hour, filth in and around the building, people drinking out front, machines haven't been wiped down EVER!! SAD SAD SAD !! 🤮avoid this place-at all costs AVOID IT!! …

Very clean laundromat, very busy tho, it's such a good place people are discovering it as it has only been open for about 8 months. Most of the staff are super friendly and helpful, hopefully you dont get a run in with the one that is just plain mean. She always seems to need to do some sort of cleaning wherever we may be having the nerve to step on my clothes as I was sorting then when I said something she told me to move down there as she pointed. But all in all it's a good clean laundromat with great machines
