I have been using this laundry mat for about 2 years now. I have not have notice that employees have changed and that’s okay, it’s business. I have two little kids and I work late nights most times my hours change! Usually the ladies at the location are understanding of the situation however, the past few nights I have been rushed by the gentleman working at the location , I placed my money in the machine dryer, I was rushed to gather my still wet clothes because the gentleman wanted to leave sooner than closing ! On last night 6/11/25 the laundry mat closes around 8:30 the light were OFF DOORS LOCKED I walked around not only am I a women it’s dark in the area I was agin RUSHED to gather my cloths .I just called to speak to the owner , the women answer told me she was the manger and the gentleman is her son and she does not want to fuss about the situation. I. Was only voicing my concerns because I was afraid..

I'm so sad to see business fall down, I started doing laundry here because it's WAS the best place in town, clean, safe and beautiful customer service but my most recent experiences were the worst the tables dirty, the outside traffic coming back and forth is scary, not being able to tell the attendant from the customer.

Omgeeee Nola!! It's new new¡ Veryclean machines with a sanitizing option. Always friendly staff. Bishop was very helpful with understanding the new technology and how things work from the door to getting the card and using the machines. I love this place. Been coming since they first opened and haven't been dissatisfied without some resolution.
