Came here to wash 2 down comforters in the extra large washers. Could fit both a king and queen down comforter in the xl washer, together. Washer ran for 30 min on delicate (though it didn't look like a delicate cycle!) for $6. The xl dryer fit both comforters and with balls inside they were both dry in less than an hour on the low setting for $3. Considering that having them washed professionally would have been $30 each, this was a killer deal ($42 savings!). The staff was super helpful (even double checked that I really wanted to run the dryer on low) and showed me how to work the machine, even without my asking, they were above and beyond kind. They make change as the machines run on quarters. 24 quarters to be exact for the xl washer... It was hot in here the first hour but I expected that. I came around 8PM on a Sunday night and had it mostly to myself. The other customers were also very kind. There are vending machines for soap and snacks, it was reasonably clean and had tvs. I had a great experience, I'll be back!

The washers are super expensive. Even the single load was $3.50.

Clean. Well-run. Very few out-of-order machines. Weekends are busy.

Hello Paul,
Recently, my husband and I came to your Laundromat to use one of the large wash machines. Our washer at home had went out, so we definitely needed to make a trip to the Laundromat. Years ago, our dryer went out and a friend of ours was a customer at your Laundromat for quite some time. She recommended your Laundromat. She always gave it so many compliments; cleanliness being one of her strong compliments. So, my husband and I visited your Laundromat at that time also. This time when our wash machine went out, we were so hoping your Laundromat was still in business, and yes, it was!!!!

The minute we entered your Laundromat, a very nice lady by the name of Tamika greeted us. She was so so nice. We asked her a few questions as to what sizes of wash machines there were. We decided to use one of the largest machines. she showed us how to operate the machine and answered any questions we had. She was so helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and very customer oriented. She told us if we needed anything to let her know. She really made us feel comfortable asking her for any help we may need.

Whenever a customer entered the Laundromat, she immediately acknowledged them and was so willing to give them any help they may need; exactly how she acted when we entered the Laundromat. Whenever she would see something on the floor, she would clean it up with a mop and anytime she would see something that would need to be cleaned, she would clean it.

Tamika is an “Awesome” employee. She definitely wants her customers to feel welcome and to know she is more than willing to give her help if need be. She takes pride in her job and being there for her customers. She takes pride in keeping her workplace clean and orderly.

An employee such as Tamika keeps customers like my husband and I coming back time after time. We truly “appreciate” her and are “grateful” to her. As we are in our 70's, we know very few people in this world are what one would call “Awesome” employees. Your Laundromat is truly “Fortunate” to have her as an employee.
