44 reviewsFirst off I came here Sunday after a plasma donation, my regular spot was closed and this was nearby , I had a great experience, everything was new and clean and they offer everything you need for laundry from bags to detergent, one thing that stood out for me is the dryers only took about 25 minutes to dry my things which was awesome because a dry cycle normally takes upwards to an hour , also for the reviews that say this place is expensive, yes it kind of is , but your paying for quality machines with new technology, but if you insist on saving 2 or 3 dollars go down past 90th , but I implore this place was awesome

Super happy with my wash and fold. Done sooner than I thought, wonderful polite owners and staff. Decent price. Clean and updated facility. Will use again next time I want a wash and fold.

Nice clean laundromat the dryers take a while to dry your clothes
Thanks Brittany. Most people are able to dry in 20-30 minutes, perhaps you had a lot in there though.
I stopped going because the worker is never wearing her mask correctly. Several people without theirs on correctly either.
I love this laundromat very clean and Tanya is amazing I just love her very helpful I will definitely be coming back thank you all for being so kind!

I came here for the first time and had a great experience due to the attentiveness and kind helpfulness of Tanya who greeted me when I walked in, checked up on folks frequently, and told me about the services here and how to purchase a card for laundry. She was working hard to take care of both the place and the customers there, which is evident by the welcoming, well-maintained, and clean environment of the laundromat. Thank you Tanya and Washville for making laundry feel like less of a chore today! :)

I called in to speak with an colleague regarding business projects, and while I was on the phone one of your employees was very rude and inconsiderate in the background. I am sure that it is not acceptable for your staff to be so disrespectful to customers when they have no idea who they are or what their capacity as a business owner is.
This is not the first time this has happened, either it has occurred twice before with two different associates, and both times she’s experienced problems with the washers that were never resolved. You really need to make sure that your employees are taking care of these issues before they come up again!
The fact that my colleague spends money here for nothing at all makes me wonder if something isn't going right with your company culture.
Hi Macy, this laundromat is under new ownership now. I instruct all the attendants to be respectful if customers are on the phone. Also, the previous owners did not have a refund policy if something went wrong with the washers. Our policy now is that if a customer has a problem with the washing machine for any reason, we will refund them or give them a new wash for free. We are striving to create the best possible experience for the customer, and we hope you will give us another chance!
My wife was followed by a man in this place an she goes for help to the women that works there she denied help and told to leave because the worker knows him an we had to even call the police because she couldn’t even be professional and stop the problem! Costumer severs at its weakest damn shame! I would love for the owner to reach out to us soon!
Paid for extra wash/rinse/spin but it didn't work and worker didn't help to fix the problem so I ended up having to pay for a whole nother cycle.
Hi Brent, this laundromat is now under new ownership. The previous owners didn't have a refund policy, which was very unfair to the customers. Our policy now is that if there's any problem with the washing machine, we will refund your money or give you a new wash for free. We hope you'll give us another shot!
