I had a great experience at Washville laundromat, thanks in large part to Tanya’s excellent service. The laundromat itself is clean, well-lit, and the machines are clearly maintained. Tanya greeted me as soon as I walked in and helped explain how the payment system works (I’m new to the neighborhood and wasn't familiar with their card setup). Throughout my visit, Tanya was visible and actively walking around, checking on customers and keeping the place tidy. When I had an issue with one of the dryers not starting, she responded right away and got it running smoothly. Tanya’s friendly attitude made doing laundry feel much less of a chore, and I appreciated her attention to detail. She even offered some helpful tips for getting the best results from the machines. Overall, Washville is a reliable place for laundry, and staff like Tanya make the experience even better!

The Laundromat is a very clean excellent place to go always top notch never can complain. The people here are extraordinaire. Great customer service never that much busy in the morning during the week always in and out how you like to be Cannot say nothing more just love this place

Man, this is the best place for washing, the customer service is so great. They have wifi, chargers to plug your phone in while u wash, clean atmosphere .. I really enjoyed myself.. while washing my dirty clothes?.. wow.. I love 💕 it.. oh and the prices are great.. . 💯 Nonie kc

I usually go to The Mat on Lorain but this one is close to my house. The worker is helpful and friendly and the laundromat was very clean. However it is much most costly than other laundromats. To buy a new card is $2. They have their own card so you can’t use other cards. The machines are more and I don’t see how the drying is free. If you looking for a nice clean laundromat in the neighborhood within walking distance, go here. If you can drive the extra mile, go to The Mat on W.95th. You get more for your money at The Mat.

The female that works Tuesday night is not a nice one. She got attitude about a washer that was finished at 8pm and told me about the sign they put up about last loads IN at 9……. I was FINISHED washing at 8. So why did you feel the need to speak to me with attitude about what time you wanna go home. I was done by 9 so not only are you irrelevant but also rude for no reason. Prices decent people not so much
