57 reviewsIt is a well maintained and clean facility; however, it is a bit more expensive than other laundromats in the area. In my opinion, the difference in price is not enough to keep me from using the facility. The staff there is usually present and helpful. The only thing I do not like is that they will not even let you in the facility if they think you will not be finished by closing time and while I understand this, I walk because I don't have a vehicle currently and if I can't wash there, I can't wash my clothes unless I do so by hand in my bath tub.
First let me say, I hate laundromats. With that being said, I don't hate this place. Wednesday and Thursday is free dryer day, go very early because everybody and their cousin is there. The staff has always been nice and it's clean.
I have been coming to this laundromat for years and I decided to do some laundry today 06/07/2018. I was very tired from work and didn’t realize that it was free dry day. I put a bunch of quarters into the dryer and realized what I had done. I kindly asked the older Spanish man working if I could have my quarters back and the response I got was just disrespectful. It’s not even the fact that I lost a few quarters I just feel disrespected. He told me that there are no refunds and even refused to give me information on who I can contact. If there are no refunds on dryers on free dry day then I suggest they post a sign up to remind people not to waste their money. If you ask me it’s robbing people and there isn’t even a phone number or a kind employee you can ask for help. Terrible service when he’s around!!! I honestly think I would have been just fine if he wasn’t so rude about the matter. Overall great place to do laundry but some of the employees are very rude and barley speak English.
The laundromat is supposed to open at 6:30, but this morning no one was there until 645. I was picking up a wash and fold load, and the employee working could not have been more rude. She accused me of staring at her, and profiling her as the employee who worked there because she looked poor? I was watching her come in because she was 15 minutes late and I was waiting for help, and I guessed she worked there because she was the only person not carrying laundry. Paranoid much?
She was unpleasant during the entire interaction. Apparently she unlocked the building, clocked in, left to go to Starbucks, and then came back (this is according to another customer), which made me late to work. I don’t know the complete story, and honestly, I don’t care about the complete story. What I care about is how badly I was treated, and how unwelcome I was made to feel. There are plenty of other options for laundry mats. I won’t be coming back to this one.
Laundry was stolen from dryer. Employee "Maria" refused to give me the name and phone number of her supervisor or the owner and had to call her daughter to translate the conversation. I've been going here every week for four years now. (Since they first opened) Never again! "Maria" told me I could call the cops and that she is not responsible nor the company even though they have recently posted that we should start our laundry wait in our vehicles and fold at home, which I have been following. So who then is responsible for our possessions under these rules/guidelines?
This is a very clean and convenient laundry mat, I do all my laundry there. The people are friendly and the staff is great. And the free dry in Wendsday and Thursday really help being in on a fixed income.
This is super clean and never lose money to machines.
As compared to a year ago prices went up a decent bit. Dryer times got shorter per quarter. Dryers went from taking 30 mins for my normal dry to over 45 mins to dry the same load. Customer service went to non existent other then them wiping things down frequently. Bathroom is always out of service.
Every time I've gone here it's been nice and clean inside! On Wednesdays and Thursdays, it gets pretty packed and it can take some time to get enough of the free driers for all your clothes, if you're like me and put it off until you have way too many loads to do at once. But even so, the value is worth it.
