Love the staff, always patient with me and my boys when we do laundry. Gives us soap and dryer sheets if we needed it. Been going for over 3 years and it's like a fresh clean air experience. They are amazing and understanding when sometimes I work late and forget my laundry in machines and they welcome me the next day to get it.

Been coming here since 2019. This place is easy and convenient to get my laundry done faster than at my apartment.

As far as customer service all the employees have been helpful. The older lady with glasses as other reviews point out is a gem. She is always working making sure her drops offs are on schedule. I’ve seen people specifically ask for her to do their laundry. If she hears someone having trouble with the card machine she automatically goes there to help. This lady is always on point and it saddens me to see so many people say these negative things because that woman is one of the hardest working people I have met. As a Latina I can tell you that she does not judge people their ethnicity like other people insinuate. I’ve seen her interact with all sorts of people. I have even been able to chat with her and talk about our cultures. She honestly has a heart of gold. They are short staffed so these ladies are working 7 days a week. Give them a break.

The restrooms are locked but I remember there being a few situations of homeless individuals going in there and making a huge mess. But if you ask they will gladly open the restroom for you.

Lastly you can’t be upset at these ladies for any issues with the vending machines or the games in there. These machines are from vendors. I myself have had issues with them at times but at the end of the day it’s the vendor’s issue.

Unfortunately now days you have a lot of Karens out there who expect people to bend over backwards for them and are never satisfied. At the end of the days these ladies are human beings just like the rest of us and deserve some damn respect for having to clean up y’alls underwear.

Have been going to this place for years. The staff is courteous and polite and always helpful. A nice clean place to wash your clothes, why you sit and relax. Has vending machines. Also takes in laundry as a wash dry and fold service. Wren is an awesome lady. I enjoy doing my laundry there and highly recommended

The cranky white lady from Texas was working on new year's Eve. She closed doors at 7 pm . But supposedly they close at 9
And she lives right across. She couldn't wait to get more drunk. She is always drunk on the job anyway.

My mother and came here and tried to get ice cream from the vending machine. And it was expired since July 2023 the lady says “if you want your money back I can’t give it to you” and I say “I was just letting you know it’s expired not for the money back” and the women goes “I know I can speak English” both my mother and I are Hispanic women ) and the worker also says the funniest thing “ices cream doesn’t expire”. lol to be racist and not the smartest is just funny 😂.
