I apologize for bringing in a wet blanket and getting the floor wet, it had been one hell of a night, I appreciate the staff helping me and being extremely nice and tolerant even though I was a mess. Expectational customer service and it seemed every machine was in order and working great, I would definitely recommend to anyone!

I went over here yesterday evening to do my laundry and it’s a much better place to do laundry around here. A few years ago I stopped going here because of their dryer machine problems. But when I came back here yesterday they upgraded their dryer into newer models and they work great! The washer machines are very good decent prices for big loads as well. The staff is nice and helpful to customers. I love that this place is so clean and they keep their wash machines clean as well.

ROSI, one of the attendees is very sweet, always greets you with a smile very helpful and provides you with 100% customer service....The laundry is always clean I just love doing my laundry there specially when she is there!!!

I would've given a higher score, but they have made the dryers for washing customers only. I guess my money is no good here anymore. The house that I am in doesn't have a dryer plug, so I can't dry, and since living in the area was very convenient. If there is that many people using the dryers and not washing and for them to change, it is gonna be a loss of money.
Update: Thank you, but I have found a place to take my washed clean clothes to dry. I don't see a need to spend money to wash my clothes at your facility when I can wash them at home, and don't have to haul soap and everything with me. It was just my wet clean clothes that I had to haul.
Melisa - This policy has always been in place and is to provide the cleanest and nicest dryers to every one of our customers. We have to be assured that our dryers only have clean clothes put in them. If someone were to bring in muddy wet clothes or wet clothes that had chemicals on them or were not properly cleaned, you wouldn't want to use that dryer afterwards. Likely your clothes were actually clean but we have to ask all to understand the reason behind the rule. Hopefully you'll consider another visit in the future. We have many size options of both washers and dryers and our pricing is very reasonable. Often you can accomplish both wash and dry within an hour. Appreciate your understanding and hope you'll give us another shot.
They only have big washers and dryers at this place so if you're looking to wash a whole bunch of clothes this is the place to go other than that it was just okay pretty clean though the girl there kept it really clean everybody was pretty nice pretty safe I'd recommend

First time coming in! I gotta day very clean no wait clothes got cleaned very well!!! Also great customer service with the young girl working today. Only thing is I’m use to getting a free dry! Paid more than what I usually pay then my usual place!
