Clothes stuck in 55lb washing machine over two hours. (Can't get them out)Texted and called emergency number several times, no response. Will not be coming back. Finally got a response after 3 hours with a double call back. Guy showed up to get the machine moving... No apology, no refund offered. DON'T GO HERE!!!

There are multiple laundromats in the Fox Cities that have chosen extortion-level prices. This place is appropriately priced. I drive past two other places to come here. It's not even so much about the money to me, it's the respect for the community in this economic hellscape we're in.
