Bad experience here with NO response from the owner..after using the big washing machine (55lb), I find my clothes SOAKING wet, like the machine didn't spin the water out properly...I write a complaint and put it in the box on the wall for customers to voice the issues they may have while there. I ask for the owners to contact me, leaving my name/number and reason for complaint, and it's been over 2 weeks now with no response!... I made a sign and put it on the washing machine to let other customers know not to use it, and I've recently seen that the machine is back in use and not one word from the owners....washers BEWARE! 😣

This place closes at 10 pm and a little run down and smaller but at least if you made it in before 10 pm, you can finish washing and drying even after they've closed and locked the doors. I made it to jjs laundromat at 930pm and had only 3 loads and the attendant would not let us wash. So I rushed to this one and was able to get my loads washed and dried. Was done by 1030pm.

I come to this place frequently normally there's no problem . The last 2 times Ive been here dryers 7 and 8 took my quarters but the machines wouldn't start . There's never been an attendant in there from what I've seen so I'm not sure who's monitoring anything there. Also why no phone number?
