I feel very welcomed in this laundromat. The owner has always been friendly and helpful, and the majority of the machines have been in good working condition. Even when it’s busy, you can pretty much walk right in and get a machine or two. And the high-capacity dryers are handy! Eventually I’ll have my own W/D set at home, but until then, this is my go-to place. 👍🏾

My only problem with this place is that it regularly closes earlier than there hours state. When there hours were 10 pm its regular closed before 8. Now the hours are 8pm and im here at 6:45 and once again its closed early.

Otherwise, there are always plenty of machines to use. It is a very clean place. The attendant is always very nice. Just never do laundry past 6pm.

Clean, super friendly and helpful staff, efficient machines. I had to wash a carload of huge, heavy down comforters and I was in and out in 90 minutes and the owner even made me coffee! I got there at 9am, was getting pretty crowded by 10.

You can’t dry here unless you washed there also. Customer service from the Nigerian owner was great. I gave five stars for my good experience.

the best, most amazing laundromat in the city. i love the people here, they are so generous and kind. they have watched my daughter grow up and always remember us when we come in, no matter how long it's been. they used to have shows here too! i always tell people this is the bsst laundromat in kansas city!

This is honestly the best laundromat I have been to in the whole KC area! The people who own this place are down to earth , benevolent, affable folks. Their prices are great! They have top of the line washers AND dryers. I only had to put a dollar into the dryer and my clothes were completely dry. They have some of the huge washers and some of them will take mobile pay or card or whatever, but sometimes for whatever reason some of the ones that have a card terminal on them don't work right.

The gentleman who runs this laundry is absolutely fantastic. I've had my clothes done in many different cities and states over the years, I have never had anyone be as customer focused, efficient and friendly as the man who runs this shop. If you are in Kansas City and you need your laundry done, you owe it to yourself to have him do it.
