I would give a zero if I could. I hired them to do a deep clean of my living room and entryway....saying I would hire them for more later. We had been communicating through text messages. Just after midnight, the morning of the scheduled service, I was emailed that she had to cancel. I did not see it, due to the time it came in and the fact that that was not how we had been communicating. I texted a couple times, then saw the email and emailed, and didn't get a response for several hours. We then texted several times....waiting quite some time between each...and rescheduled for 2 days later. NO SHOW....NO CALL....NO TEXT....NO EMAIL AND NO RESPONSE to my texts, emails, and phone messages. She new of my time schedule need and having recently lost a parent and a sick pet. This 2nd appointment was 4 days ago and NOTHING! This is beyond UNPROFESSIONAL! I am so disappointed and hurt :(

Kristen went above and beyond of what I could have expected. She made it so I could use my basement and not hide in my room from the mess.
