If I could give this place a negative 10 I would! I went to this place a couple years ago when my washing machine broke down I personally like to wash my clothes and warm water sometimes hot water when I am paying for it I expect it! Well it was not hot water they tried to tell me because it rinsed in cold water and put the $20 back on my card. Haven't been there in a couple years recently went back last month and again nothing no hot water at all this time they finally admitted that there is no hot water in their machines and gave me the cash back I will not be going back to this place which is too bad because with my schedule I am a night person and a lot of the times places are not open when I have time to do things they could really make their business much better if they put a little bit more effort into it.

Place has gone down hill. . Half the machines and dryers don't even work, the dryers that do work take over an hour to dry your cloths, so it does'nt even end up being free. When the bathroom is in service, your lucky to get toilet paper or even dollar store soap. When it's out of order, good luck just washing your hands because it's locked, and apparently they will only unlock it for certain people. The washers are always filthy People have to literally wash them out first. Lastly the nicest attendant working there has now left. The only place to charge your phone was taken so I found one behind the washers...when one of the new girls was leaving ,i was snottilly told,just so you know I'm leaving and by using that you are on camera. Ok thaks cuz I was planing on wiping out the place while you were gone..smh.. I don't even like doing my own laundry why on earth would I take someone else's?!.Thank god I'm moving.

Had a flood at home, dropped off a huge amount of laundry and bedding to all get washed from a flood. Everyone was so nice, helpful, and stuff came out amazing !

Person who worked there refused to wear their mask. Thankfully I noticed before I started my laundry.
