38 reviewsTODAY WAS MY FIRST DAY GOING I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE I JUST MOVED INTO THE NEIGHBORHOOD I needed to wash it was very clean and very organized
EXPENSIVE!!!! At first it was a great laundry and reasonable prices but once they raised the price on gas the owner took advantage of that and raised the price on all machines and dryers. That was understandable because the gas went up by a lot and residents and businesses had to pay more for gas. HOWEVER the state reversed that price hike on gas and everything went back to normal EXCEPT this laundromat! All the other laundromat have a big sign outside stating to their customers that the prices went back to the same way they were but this owner kept the ridiculous high prices on every single machine and guess what??? If you want hot water to wash your clothes is going to cost you $.50 cents more per wash!! Also he lowered the heat seating on the dryers and now instead of drying your load with 2 quarters you need to dry them with $1.25!! Is it even legal that he keeps over charging us even tho the gas price went back to normal and he's paying less for gas now?
Hi Jackie, we understand your frustration and thank you for being a loyal customer in these hard times. There have been much uncertainty and volatility regarding the increase of the Utility Rates, mostly the SoCalGas rates since December 2022.
Jackie based on your comment you seem to be uninformed in regard to the SoCalGas Rates. The Gas rates have not yet gone back to normal as you falsely claim, the February 2023 billing cycle the Therm Rate is 1.10, which is the second HIGHEST rate in SoCalGas history. These past three months have been extremely costly for us all. I have been listening to you and other customers and prices (dryers + hot water) will go back to normal soon :) Once again thank you and every single customer for the support.
Very clean and very efficient.
This place is horrible. The lady who works there said she was going to follow me to make sure I had clothes to wash. I felt very uncomfortable so I left.
I remember when this place burned down, so my expectations were low. It is clean, shiny, new machines, and with covid cleanliness is a must. Hats off to they guy who works here. He cleans the machine right away.
I have come here a lot in the past two years as it is the nearest laundromat to me. But the way the owner has harassed street vendors and has been caught saying racist things has lost them a customer. I do not want my money going to someone who is actively trying to hurt my community and who has no compassion or understanding for the Latino community in Boyle heights. It is very disappointing.
Hello, this issue with the street vendors and the property owner of the shopping center has nothing to do with me and my laundromat business. I am not the owner of the building. Please delete this review. Thanks
Clean place, vending machines, you can pay with card or cash. They gave a app you download. I love this place. Trust me all the bad reviews are tripping! This is the best laundromat I’ve been too since being in LA. Come through trust me !
Great place. Machines can be a bit pricey but I use the app and pay with my credit card. Big plus that their is a 7 eleven and a Wingstop.
This place is new. It's very clean. Plenty of washers, driers and two long folding tables. Plenty of space. Two flatscreen TVs for entertainment. Free WiFi and outlets to plug in your own phone charger. Coin machines, laundry supply store (open when attendants are on duty) vending machines, ATM machine and one gender neutral restroom.
Very clean & fairly safe
