This used to be my go to laundry place. I’ve always liked the environment, but lately the machines have been malfunctioning. Last night when my washer wouldn’t work my clothes ended stuck in the washer. The worker was kind and told me to come back today. That’d she’d wash and dry the clothes out of curtesy once they get the machine open. I told her thank you and left a little upset but glad I could trust her. Well I was wrong. When I came back my clothes were still damp (for who knows how long) and tried to charge me $6 for “drying” my clothes. I refused and she said OK next time and walked away. I was bewildered and could only muster a fake smile and leave with my damp clothes.

The workers here were very helpful and kind. My grandma and I ended up stuck at the laundromat and needed a phone to call for a ride, and one of the workers let me use theirs. All the machines worked really well, and that same worker even started handing out water bottles. He gave one to my grandma and said she looked tired, which was incredibly thoughtful—especially since we were in a rush and didn’t bring anything to drink. Really great service!

This location is super clean and the woman that works here is really nice. The machines are super clean and work great! I didn’t even have to run the dryer a second time for my oversized blanket. I will definitely keep bringing it here!! Thank you!

All new machine's! The place is nice and clean. Affordable and plenty of space to maneuver around and fold. Definitely recommend here if looking for a Laundromat near BG area. Bonus is the smoke shop attached to the laundromat, nail salon, Chinese buffet, bar, St Francis Urgent care and Wendy's all in the same vacinity.

I will have to say I wish I could give a -10 this is the worst laundromat I have ever been to they are sky high in prices and it's ridiculous that it is a mandatory 45 minutes $3 to dry since when do you go to a laundromat that they dictate …
