First time here. Very clean place with modern equipment. Nothing works on quarters so the lady working helped me out by letting me put money on her key card and then started the machines for me. I'd highly recommend Sam's wash tub for anyone that uses a laundromat.

Been to many laundromats all over Michigan and this is top to bottom the best. It's quite an oasis within the filth and scum of Detroit!

Finally, clean and professional staff in my opinion.

1. $2 for a reload card which is understandable, if you lose it it’s your $2.

2. Help, explain, and showed how everything worked.

3. Give her a pay increase, this type of Professionalism is hard to find.

😊 thank you

The lady that works there is super nice and helpful. I’ve never been here before, or to any laundromat for that matter in years, & she walked me through the whole process. It’s very clean and the machines are fast!! Possibly the best part, the fresh smell of bread coming from jimmy johns next door!

Bonus...Sams Washtub now offers Dry-cleaning services for all of your laundry needs! Excellent. One stop shop.Very clean..the machines look brand new. Attendants always there to assist you. I love the atmosphere and the fact I don't have to lug around heavy quarters. Prices are reasonable.
I love this place.

Probably the cleanest public laundromat you'll find. The ladies who work here are all very nice too. Their machines don't take cash, but you can get a card for $2. Their credit refill machine gives you $2 for free each time you put a solid $20 bill in. It pays for the card on the first loadup that way.

If I could take away 3 stars, I would. You've raised your prices twice in the past 6 months yet continue to pay your workers the same rate. $8 per load and .70 cents to get the dryer going? I've been coming here for 5 years. You lost me. Found a place much closer, just as clean, WITH comfy chairs and vending machines for $5.50 a load and just a quarter to start the dryer. And my clothes ACTUALLY SMELL CLEAN! Unlike with your place, my clothes smelled like burnt plastic...

I have been coming to this facility for years and have to say that this is the cleanest laundromat I’ve been to and is very well maintained. MOST of the staff is always friendly and helpful.

I would give a 5 star review but don’t feel like I can after the treatment of another customer I witnessed today at this establishment by an employee.

This particular customer simply asked if the employee could empty the lint compartments for the dryers she was about to use. The employee came back at her with nothing but an attitude and rudely told the customer that couldn’t because “it’s not her job and her clothes would dry just fine.” Apparently, lint compartments are only emptied on the PM shift, according to this employee.

The employee then proceeds to go behind the counter and start complaining to another employee about what the customer had asked her to do. I don’t think this is acceptable and I find it completely unprofessional to argue with a customer and then talk about the customer to another employee to where other customers can hear what they’re saying.

Also, I’m not sure if this is a new rule that has been put into place, but two other guests were told that they were not allowed to fold their clothes and that they had to take them home to do so. It’s a laundromat. So I’m not sure what that was all about.

Unfortunately, I do not have this employee’s name but with there being so many people out of work at this time, I feel like your establishment would be better off without this one. Rude for no good reason and that doesn’t sit well with someone who’s been doing their laundry there for years.
