Today was my first visit and I must say I am happy with my choice. My washing machine went out and where waiting on maintenance to repair so all I needed to do was wash. I googled laundry rooms and this one caught my eye. It’s clean, quiet, and the guy was friendly he greeted me when I walked in.

I have had the pleasure of using the Washington Laundromat in New Orleans twice now. Each time it was a wonderful experience! The owner, Kevin, is super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The facilities are spacious and clean, and there are plenty of washers and dryers of various sizes. The machines all seem new and in very good working order.

I was able to do multiple loads simultaneously on each visit, saving myself lots of time versus trying to do laundry at my apartment complex. There’s also complimentary coffee and WiFi provided for paying customers. And one of the things that I like best is that each individual washer and dryer has a credit/debit card reader on it, for those of us who don’t have a roll of quarters.

The location is on Washington avenue, between Broad street and Earhart Blvd. Basically in Broadmoor, but centrally located and close to lots of areas of New Orleans. Give it a try. Highly recommended!

Very clean and comfortable place with an area for children to play and leather couches to sit and wait. They also have a TV, magazines, and snacks. No need for a laundry card, and no need for coins. Just a debit/credit card and dirty laundry. Perfect for travelers.

Absolutely impeccable!! This place is SO clean and well kept! Convenient location (for me personally) and easy to find. There are PLENTY of comfy seats to sit and wait for your clothing to finish up. The restrooms are nice and clean, there is a section for kids, plenty of working machines to use, also there's a tv and magazines for entertainment if you'd like!😊 I felt safe and did not regret choosing this place for my services. I am absolutely satisfied with this place! If I could give 10 stars, I WOULD 😁👍🏼
