I discovered the wash house a few months ago and it’s the only laundromat I ever go to. It’s always clean. I always feel safe coming here, night or day. Bobby Lou, the night shift manager, is so friendly and passionate about his job and making sure the wash house continues to be clean, welcoming, and safe for everyone. They’re 24/7 which is great and they have giant washer and driers amongst the regular and small sizes which is so convenient and makes my life easier! And they have tons of roller baskets so you don’t have to worry about finding one to transfer your wet laundry to the dryer. Definitely come to the wash house for your laundry needs!

I’m always busy Mon - Sun so waking up to early to see it’s a laundry mat open at 5am. I immediately jumped up so I could knock out one of the chores for the day. To get here and was greeted with a smile and a nice conversation, I also had my child with me and they had books and stuff to keep her entertained. I’m not sure if it was the time but when I was there it was clean and just her and I. The attendant was extremely helpful with informing me of the member program and load card. Definitely returning

The restrooms are supposed to be open until 10pm. It is 9:06 right now and they are locked and the attendant says she already cleaned. WTH????

The late night employee is absolutely the nicest man. So very helpful and funny to boot. I would absolutely go and wash my clothes there any time. Dryers work wonders and haven't had a machine mess up on me once. Takes card and coin there too soooo convenient. Go there you won't regret it..... Went back and still just as good.

This is a good place, but busy. The team keeps it clean, and I have never seen anyone clean the detergent compartments. Most places are growing mold, and I am afraid to use them. They are also super confident because you can use your debit/credit card on the machines. This makes it super convenient because I don't carry cash. Down side, it is expensive. I probably spend $20 each time I go for myself and two children.

We have been going to the The Wash House- Madison for about a month now. I love how clean and affordable prices. I had the pleasure of meeting Velma and Cassidy who works here. They both are very help and are able to assist me when I have questions. I like the fact I am able to get in and out in 1 hour with my family. The only I can recommend for the owner of the facility is to leave all front loader washing machine doors open at all times. This will help them dry out faster vs the door being shut locking in moisture and an odor. The smell does not get on my clothes at all but I do know them from personally having a frontloader for 12 years. I highly recommend this laundromat to anyone looking for clean, nice , and affordable laundromat facility.

We’re from Indiana and in Nashville for my daughters softball tournament. I needed a place to do some laundry, and this is the place we came to. Without a doubt, the cleanest soap centers I have ever seen! The machines were spotless! The two attendants were very nice as well. I would highly recommend The Wash House! You can use a credit/debit card to start the machines or quarters.
