My clothes were moved out of a dryer just because I wasn’t standing right there. I time my washing and drying perfectly so that my clothes aren’t just sitting there wasting other peoples time. I’ve been coming here for years. Wash my clothes the same way every time. When I asked why my clothes were moved, the rep said because someone needed to use the dryer. So the time I paid for got cut short and my clothes were still damp because I wasn’t standing right there. I feel violated. Investing in a portable washer and dryer now. Sucks cuz I really loved this place.

As a entertainer coach driver I found the Wash House looking for 24 hour laundry services. The facility had a night manager and was very clean! Washers and dryers were kept in great shape and plenty of parking for my coach! Look forward to using your services in the future!!

This place is amazing!!! Amazing sufficient machines. Bobby Loo was a great help when it came to showing me around and teaching me how to properly use the washer. Highly recommend going here if you are needing a reliable Laundromat!! They have machines of all sizes at very affordable cost.

PLEASE ONLY USE QUARTERS!!! They charged me an additional $11.50 a day after I left. Four small loads cost me $34.25🫣 I read through the lowest ratings on here and they are true. I had to stop a guy from moving in on my washer and i was standing right there. keep your head on swivel when it comes to your things and your money… Don’t use your card!!!! Take ONLY cash and ask how much more for the hot water! kinda scammish… i’m definitely not going back… i’d rather deal with the crowding over on nolensville and edmonson pike behind walgreens… same loads would have been $22 bucks….at least you know what your paying and most people don’t just take your stuff out and the machines lock properly and start properly. waiting for reasonably priced washers was like waiting for front door parking 😣

the space and the coin machine were cool, i gave 2 stars because the dryers were fast🤷‍♀️

I didnt get off work until 2 am, I googled an 24 hr laundromat & found this one. When we first pulled up I noticed that the parking lot was really clean! The inside was also pretty clean too. They have pretty decent prices as well. There is a male worker here named Bobby Lou, he keeps this place very clean & makes sure its a safe environment for everyone, he makes sure there isn't people bothering you in the parking lot, begging for one, or just messing with you period. He makes sure the creeps stay away fr here. All in all he mad my experience better than it already was, we had a nice conversation & he's very friendly! I 100 percent recommend this laundromat, even if you need to come middle of the night!
