I drove down Broadview road and decided to come wash some laundry and was extremely surprised! Such a nice and clean laundry spot! The customer service from Nicole was amazing. Super nice and helpful! I highly recommend this place.

I'm going to name this place for what it is: a private laundry service. If you come there to do laundry, they don't want your business. I get there a few minutes after opening and already most of the machines are in use by employees doing contract laundry orders. They use all the smaller machines so you are forced to use the larger, more expensive machines. I have to admit its a genius money grab and upsell strategy.

If you plan on using a dryer, good luck. Most of them are out of order, and the few that arent, are used for drying contract customers laundry. The same dryers that were out of order when I was here 3 weeks ago are still out of order on my last visit. You will be confronted and yelled at by an attendant telling you that you can't use the dryers. When asked what my options are if 1. All available dryers are used for private laundry orders and 2. The rest are broken, do I take my wet laundry to another laundromat? The attendant shrugged and walked away. Because if I can't dry my laundry, I'm just taking my business elewhere. This used to be a great laundromat but it really went downhill. If you go, don't expect to use any machines due to their lack of keeping up on maintenence.
