The facility is very neat and tidy the people are nice the machines are quick. I only have one complaint I use good washing liquid and fabric softener I don't cheap out on that. But the last few times I've done my laundry there all of my clothes have smelled bad after I wash and dry them. I'm not sure if the machines need to be cleaned out but never happened before or at any other places I've gone to.

I had a 6 load washed not was my close properly and when I told the attendant she said I would have to pay for another wash myself. Good customer service would have offered another wash in a different washer and had the first one looked at. They just had me switch to a different washer and had me pay for it. Rather disappointed in this outcome. Lowering rating for this from 5 stars down to 3 stars.

I went here on a Tuesday around 11:00am.  Frinedly staff, I talked with Sabrina who  working at the time and she was informative. This place is clean and well maintained. For a person like myself I was happy to see and after talking to the staff, she confirmed this place is 2A friendly. They have 5 type of washers and two types of dryers. The washers range in size and price and the free dry also range from two dryers per washer to one dryer per washer depending on size of washer. ($11.25×9 $8.25×6 2 dryers $6.25×4 $4.75×3 $3.75×2 1 dryer) As of now the staff have to activate the free dry but once they get their loyalty program up and running it will be attached to the card. A quick note, the dryers are $0.25 per 3 minutes to keep out people who only want a free dry, a problem other places have that allow their dryers to be just free. They have a nice little play area for the little ones and a nice adults only loft to relax as you wait for your stuff to be done. There is a little snack bar area also with coffee maker and microwave. They offer laundry service drop off and pickup, mind you it is by the pound. They also have a place you can wash your dog at also that is clean and neat. Over all, a nice little place to do your laundry with little to no wait.

I would give a 5 star rating because they are clean and mainly friendly! I’m only giving a 3 star because they do contract work during open hours. They’ll reserve dryers limiting the customers who are actually there in person to only a few dryers! I’ll keep coming but they should do contract work on off hours because that’s frustrating being there and have to wait on dryers, not due to busyness but due to prioritizing contractors… I also noticed that reading these reviews whoever’s in charge of replying isn’t very good at handling the concerns and criticism.

Cleanest laundry mat ever!, staff is very professional and friendly, waiting to see how my clothes come out 😉, hey there!, got my clothes back faster than expected and WOW 😳 are they clean, folded up nicely 💯😀. recommend everyone come here if you want and need the best possible experience 🙏🏽. I inadvertently forgot to mention the most important fact and that is Nadia is the best representative that any company could possibly have, she is very knowledgeable and helpful and gets the job done 👍🏼💯
