As a vanlifer I dread going to the Laundromat because they're usually dirty, sketchy and boring. This is the best Laundromat I've been to so far. They have a full cafe with snacks, a play area for kids with cute lights and a tree mural, they have a charging station, recycling bins 🙏 massage chairs, games, murals, it's awesome. We need more Laundromats like this! Oh and did I mention it's very clean?? Even the bathrooms are clean!

I have been all accross the US and washed my clothes under every imaginable circumstance, and I can say unequivocally that The Wash House & Cafe is, without contest, the highest class laundry I have ever had the privilege of using. Its hours are reasonable, the pay options are diverse, the machines are new and well cared for, the building itself is well designed, immaculately maintained, and very conveniently located. The staff are friendly, helpful, and attentive, and the quality of the cafe offerings make starbucks look like a child's lemonade stand. And above all of that, the prices are more than reasonable, even lower than several much poorer quality establishments within Cleveland. If you aren't doing your laundry here, you're wasting your time, money, and sanity.

The Lorain Road Wash House and Cafe is the only place I take my laundry. It is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Staff are constantly cleaning the machines, making sure the floor is clean, and the bathrooms are also very clean. I appreciate the attention they maintain to their jobs and high level of care they take to their place of employment.

absolutely amazing. cheaper than my apartment machines, super clean, super friendly. The cafe kids play and overall vibes are great. lots and lots of machine with size options, coin or card. Will definitely be back

Nice, clean place family environment is welcoming and you don't have to worry about the creap watching you fold your underwear 😉. Only downfall is, there's no real place to sit except theses random metal chairs that all the hipster bars use. Yeah, you know the ones. Horrible. Oh but wait! They have 2 massage chairs, great idea if you want a message. I dont, I just want a chair, and maybe a little table. No not the hipster bar with yet again taller uncomfortable metal chair. Just an inviting chair like they use to have until they replaced them with the message chairs. That if you don't pay if sitting there, will set off an air-horn alert. Haha, I'm not kidding. 🫨🤭. Other than that, place is great. Pst, I'll give it 5 stars when they get better chairs.

Amazing help and support shows you the best way to save money. Amazing ice cream and very friendly!! Seen many workers just going around and cleaning EVERYTHING with bleach, chairs, machines you name it. Will be coming back!!

By far the best laundromat I have ever been to. Not only is it the best it was by far the cleanest environment I’ve ever seen. I swear it was cleaner than the majority of hospitals around.

Not only that - machines worked well, there is a cute little coffee and snack bar as well. Highly recommend.

I LOVE The Wash House and Cafe. I am never in the mood to wash clothes, but going here always makes me happy. The Staff is nice, its very clean, and they have everything you'll need to wash available. There's a kids area, if you have to bring your kids. They have a very great Cafe. Definitely takes the stress out of washing your clothes.

This is the best laundromat in town! From the easy to use washers and dryers, to the cute kids area! Everything was clean and well kept. The laundry attendant was very nice and helpful. And you can’t beat the prices, at the time of this review the small is $6, medium is $8, and large is $11. I forgot how much it is to dry but I’m sure it is reasonable for 30 minutes. Between 2 adults and a toddler we usually have one big laundry bag with our towels and it all fits in the large loader with no issues. This is definitely our go to place to do laundry.
