The Wash House and Cafe

Good evening Van I spoke to my girls . First I can assure you the dryer is in perfect working order . It has been used all day before and after you with no issues. The young lady you spoke to stated she would be right back because she was in the middle of helping a customer and by the time she came back she said you had left. She also stated the dryer was very loaded with clothes . Keep in mind the dryer can handle that volume of clothes however if you over load it ,it will require more time to dry. She had grabbed the key card to give you some free dry time and suggest separating them into a second dryer but again you just walked out . It’s always cheaper and faster if you use more then 1 dryer when you have that volume of clothes . Our girls are very well trained and always willing to help and I’m sorry you didn’t give her the opportunity to show you that . Regarding our change machine it states right on there that it takes
$1, $5, $10,& $20’s .

Hi this is the manager at the Washhouse and Café . I did pull your order and we did refund your card for $72. 47 . However I think there was a misunderstanding your husband brought in the clothes which was 50 pounds of clothes for us to wash dry and fold it for you. That service is $1.35 per pound and it's actually the cheapest in the area if you went down the street and got it done for $16 that means you wash them yourself. Two completely different services . You could've definitely got them washed and dried for the same if not cheaper here if you did them yourself as well. I think maybe when your husband brought it in he dropped it off at the Wash and fold station and that's where the mistake occurred instead of going up to the laundry mat to the self-serve area.
