UPDATE: my Ralph Lauren zip up sweater came back with dirty brown stains all over the right side and over the sleeve. I do not know if the next laundry service I use will be able to get rid of it.
Second, my Gap sweater came back shrunken!!!! I am under the impression they put all clothes into one dryer without checking if the clothing can all go into one heat setting.

I do not know why this place got good reviews. I
absolutely hate this place. The owner or worker, Suha, is unprofessional in her communication and puts forth poor substandard work. This is the third time I used this place for my laundry and it turned out to be a magnanimous mistake. The clothes were due on a Friday after asking exactly when. I was told “around 5 or after.” The laundry did not arrive until 8pm, essentially ruining my Friday evening. To add to this, there was a gaping hole in my laundry bag and the washed clothes arrived damp. The driver who is unaffiliated with this shoddy business saw the hole, felt the clothes and agreed they were damp. He took the laundry back with him to the store. Today (Saturday) I contacted Suha multiple times with no response. She finally texted that my clothes would arrive today without giving me a time, essentially ruining my Saturday as well. The clothes AGAIN arrived damp. I will have to dry them using one of the machines in my building. DO NOT GET YOUR LAUNDRY DONE AT THIS PLACE. This is my advice to you, fellow readers. I am never using this business again. I would gladly pay extra for quality work. I would also like to add that Suha charges your card without telling you or asking that the card be charged. She got my card info the first time I used their business. I plan on getting a new card to avoid possible fraud. Another fateful mistake.
