This laundromat’s MACHINES ARE BRAND NEW and is by far the best I’ve been to. They are REASONABLY PRICED too, same cost or slightly lower (within .50/load) as others in the same area.
The machines have SHORT WASH TIMES (22 min) which is great for time constraints. SPACIOUS enough to freely move around and load your clothes.
I can’t remember if they have chairs, if that is a necessity, the owner was present when I was there and very friendly. Perhaps, you can request them? Or possibly bring your own fold up? I will definitely be back!

The Owner is awesome. The machines work and get your clothes clean. Been coming here for 20 years. Hot water is really hot. The dryers really dry your clothes all for a reasonable price.

It's a pretty old infrastructure with machines that's older than me.
