Nice, cozy and clean community laundromat. My cat peed on my luggage/ packed clothing before my long flight to Boston - so had to do deep cleaning. He’s grounded. Anyway, the place only accept their laundry card and you need to pay $2 for non refundable card. Each load cost $4:25 for 25 min cycle and drying cost 0.75 for 15 min cycle. It’s convenient for me as I stayed near Harvard side which is a plus point, 10 min away. Overall, a convenient place. There is a coffee place 150 m down the road

Clean, well lit, all the machines work, and the owners are very friendly. Free wifi, you can buy soft drinks and detergent, there's also a bathroom, folding tables, and magazines. What more can you ask for?! Highly recommend!

This is by far the nicest laundromat I've tried in the area. The prices are lower than my last place, plus it's CLEAN and every single machine appears to be in working order. The laundry carts have all 4 wheels working smoothly, which is rare. The owners clearly take pride in this place and maintain it exceptionally well.

The machines here use a custom card, which you can buy for $2 from a vending machine and reload with either cash or credit. No quarters required. The smaller machines (which are still quite large) cost $4.50, while the bigger machines are $7.50. The dryers are 75¢ per 15 minutes.

No music or TV is playing, and there's WiFi available. There are a few seats and folding stations for customers. A vending machine with detergent is also available.

really great location and SUPER convenient for me. Really enjoy coming here especially for the service. Jason is awesome and super patient with everyone! great customer service, and they pick up/deliver which is also amazing. Tonight though I was rushed out by another employee because her bus was coming. I'm very understanding of this especially because it's not the first time she's rushed me out but this time was more aggressive. it wasn't rude and she wasn't angry but telling someone "please hurry up, my bus is coming" and "please go quicker" is very uncomfortable! I understand the place closes at 9 but last wash is at 7:45 and I was there a couple minutes before that. I wasn't the only one in there but ended up being the last one out because I had more clothes than the other guy. Taking the bus home is painful if you have to wait for someone so I didn't make a fuss I just shut down even when she stood over me and said "my bus is coming in one minute" at that point I just did the best I could. My clothes were falling out of my bags but I left and fixed it outside. I'm not into confrontation and I've worked in jobs that I waited for the last customer to leave.It's very annoying when you depend on public transportation so I understand but I don't think I'd rush someone out who just spent money at my job. I got out of there by 9:02, I looked at my phone as soon as I could get it together outside. I hope that this doesn't happen again to anyone else. Sweet Laundry has other great employees, the price has risen so this situation just makes me want to walk a couple more blocks for a cheaper location with better hours and mostly like better service. Avoiding doing laundry on Mondays or whenever she's working could also be an option. SOrry for the bad review but i was just really uncomfortable.

One of their machines took my money but didn’t start. There was no one around to help so the machine stole my money, but I reached out and they reimbursed the money.

Note: they will not give you a refund to your original method of payment, only to your laundry card.

So they didn't have detergent. Most laundries have a vending machine. Perhaps when clerk is there they sell? I don't know. Still, I had to run up to the grocery store to get some. However, clothes were clean and dry in an hour. So that was awesome! Only complaint, what's with the weird prices? I think I paid like $3.46 or some such price to wash. 45 cents to dry per 10 mins. Even quarters please. Not that I really care, I am only here for a month. Still that's weird. But the mat is awesome. Clean... and did a great job of cleaning and drying.
