Pleasant atmosphere, well-maintained machines, never too busy (at least the couple times I've gone). I have a tiny portable washing machine in my apartment, but when I need to do big loads I head over to Sweet Laundry. I love that they have cards you can load up with money so you don't have to deal with coins!

Excellent machines. Plenty to use. Surveillance cameras so no one will steal your clothes like the one in Union Square.

Clean and never crowded. Also free wifi. Downside is they close at 9pm.

Have gone here a few times and I really like that you can load value onto a card so you don't have to manage a ton of quarters, but I also noticed a lot of mold growing in the rubber door seals in the washers. Kinda gross.
