Kindly note that this was a one time occurrence. I would also add that management replaced broken dryers and introduced a new modernized system for their laundry card. From the experiences Ïve had and continue to have they get nothing less than 5 stars.

This 24/7 laundromat seems to have changed their hours. It's just past 2am and they're closed. The recording on their answering machine states that they're open from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m. No hours posted anywhere on the building either.

This negative review is only specific to the hours. When our dryer broke months ago, I loved doing the family's laundry here which was typically after midnight. You didn't have to deal with those ppl that handcuff themselves to carts and you'd have your pick of machines. However the employees here have to deal with alot of the problems that have nothing to do with the job they are paid to do. So I understand not being open 24/7 but be transparent about it by putting up a sign with your hours of operation.

What is the result of your findings? Was it just a singular occurrence that the laundromat was closed at 2am? Are you open 24 hours? Answering machine updated to reflect the true hours of operation?

I recommend this laundry, especially when Jenny is there working. Despite being a new worker, she is the best for me! She helps me a lot when I go to wash and the best thing is that she speaks English so she can communicate with my children too.
