Nice business model offering free drying with the cost of washing. Fair market prices but you have to buy a store credit card - $1 fee - and some card readers on the washers and dryers are broken rendering them unusable. I was there on a Saturday and the floor was a mess with discarded dryer sheets and assorted dropped socks and underwear, too many unattended children running around and getting in the way of heavy baskets and carts. Could be easily be 5 stars if all this is properly addressed.

I give this place one star it’s always packed and just now I asked the attendant to remove someone clothes from a big dryer that has stopped and been sitting there she tells me she has to wait 5 to 10 more mins for them to take their clothes out then I see her conversation with the lady who clothes it was come to find out it’s her friend or family member! She was holding up the drying from a paying customer for her friend or family definitely won’t be washing here no more once clothes are stopped u should take them out so the next person can use the washer or dryer not hold it for a friend to accommodate them because they are ur friend just unprofessional I’ve seen other attendants also hold up a washer or dryer for a friend or family member

My parents stopped by this weekend because their machine broke and needed to do laundry the female employee not only refused to help them she watched them as they struggled to figure out how to get a card to use for the washers she sat on her phone and ignored them when they asked for help eventually they left and went down the street where the laundromat was cleaner and better priced if your Hispanic please don’t come here they definitely don’t like us
