Horrible customer service. Most the machines are leaking actively while washing. Half the dryers don’t work either. Takes your money and doesn’t do its proper job.

Been coming to this laundromat for years. It's very clean the machines work. However, one of the employees are not kid friendly. I was there one night with my kids and my daughter who is autistic was trying to roll one of the carriages with the high handles out of the laundromat and the employee went of to my daughter got in her face pointing her face yelling at her swearing at her. I ended up seeing Billy later that night and telling him what had happened and he didn't even care he told me to call Antbony. I called and spoke to him about what had happened and he didnt take it serious. Yesterday I go back to do my laundry there and I witness that employee doing the same thing to soneone else's kids. Poor management. Not kid friendly at all. 😳😞
