I've been coming to this laundromat for almost a year. I have watched its steady decline. Yesterday was the last straw. Unfortunately, I still have a remaining balance on my laundry. I spent $50 yesterday only to get a laundry loads of clothing smelling of mildew (even after using fabric softener and dryer sheets. I didn't notice the smell immediately because I was dealing with a sinus issue and couldn't smell it at first. Later, after I left the laundromat , I started to put my clothes away. There it was an OVERWHELMING I will be filling a complaint with the health department. No, I'm not going Thursday management. It's obvious they don't care about maintaining their equipment.and also a bunch of their machines were out of order.

This laundromat is great and all the staff is great I seen a review of someone saying the white girl was always on her phone I think different she is very nice always helps me when I come in and she always helps me take my stuff to my car I love how helpful she is . And I see her always cleaning and helping customers great help

Following a disappointing experience at the Front and Olney laundry mat, where half the machines were consistently inoperable and cleanliness was really lacking, I explored other options. With my home washer currently out of commission, I required a reliable laundry facility. The 69th and Old York Road location pleasantly surprised me with its cleanliness, surpassing my expectations. Here, only one washing machine was out of order, a significant improvement over the fifteen non-functional machines at the previous establishment. This facility has an array of machines in various sizes and multiple dryers. While additional seating would enhance the experience, the clean sinks were a positive aspect. I actually didn't mind washing my hands and laundry cups in the sink. The parking area is limited, but early arrival ensures accessibility. I called and told my sister about this location, informing her I'll utilize this laundry mat until my home washer is replaced. It started to get crowded so I chose to dry my clothes at home.

I hate using the washing machines here! When the machines turn to spin, it'll say 5 minutes, but it will rock back & forth for about 10 minutes until U notice that there's actually a glitch with the machine. Then what really grinds my gears is when the machines (both the small & large) ends it's entire cycle. The door stays shut closed for almost 10 minutes!!!!! It'll say end but U can't open the door. It won't allow U to. I thought it was just the small machines. But apparently the large machines too. & God forbid U request assistance, the clerks act like you're asking them for a million dollars. Been going here for 5 years. Most of the washing machines are out of order. Maybe I need to go somewhere else. Dryers are no problem. However those washing machines needs to be inspected.
