It was no soap no water in my clothes while my clothes was washing I use tide nothing cheap I try to explain to the employee she contact the manager Jeff he never responded back but she want to sit in her little office eating her crackers and drinking her little juice not a good place

We inspected the washer afterward and found it was working correctly, which points to the most common issue we see: when a machine is packed past its fill line, the drum can’t turn freely, sensors limit the water intake, and the soap never disperses as it should. The result looks exactly like what you described (little water and suds).

No one expects customers to be laundry engineers, so our team is always happy to help match load size to the right machine. That’s why, when you let us know what happened, the attendant offered a free re-wash in a larger-capacity unit on the spot.
