Clothes are always washed good. But only downside is that the employees really need to clean the machines alot better. Especially where you put the soap, softener and bleach!

The washers and dryers were pretty good. It's super clean on the inside and the staff are all pleasantand they are very helpful. The only drawback is the parking the parking in the back is not very secure and it is an open space. The parking in front is right on Michigan Avenue so you have to contend with traffic. There are no designated spots for handicap parking in the front of the building or in the back.

The worker was very rude didn’t allow use to wash one load and there were others washing and drying. The business hours outside say 8am-9pm . When I ask why he say other wise while we were talking he got mad and yelled in my face. He said 8pm we close, between 8-9pm we close. Little girl followed her father explain and yelled we close and pointed her finger to me. I dnt recommend washing here.Dnt wast your time

Didn't stay to do laundry. Felt it was not clean. The seals on the machines were dirty. And the detergent recepticles didn't look like they had been cleaned in a long time. And atmosphere was depressing.
