It was an ok experience at this laundromat. Cost is fair and wasnt to busy for a saturday afternoon. But 2 machines i attempted to use didnt work so out that $. And it was very dirty...
Worst laundry mat experience EVER, not just in Waukesha but life… One out of the two coin machines wasn’t working,and the other one only excepted $1and $5…One of the washing machines didnt unlocked after it’s cycle locking in ALL my work clothes… I can go on and on about my experience but I’ll just leave it at that…!!!

Don't enjoy laundry mats but home machine is broken and had no choice. Washer failed to start and I didn't notice it till the other two machines cycle ended. Started it, again and waited another 30 minutes only to have clothes literally …

Lots of machines out of order. The 10 and $20 change machine out of order. Not good!! Why don't you order a credit or debit card option if you can't keep your change machines well supplied?

We use this laundromat alot. Because its usually very clean and has the large washers. Lately the dryers are NOT working at all wait 40 minutes to find out no heat !! Than move to another wait 40 minutes lost 2.50 this isn't the first time. This laundromat needs serious maintenance!!
