No signs that the Dexter APP isn’t working properly. I added my soap and fabric softener and the APP charged me nothing happened. When I asked the staff for help, I got a huge sigh and “she said I knew I wouldn’t get through the day without something happening”. She called someone else, who was no help either since I am a Fulltime RVer and going to my bank for $7.00 proof to get a refund was way to ridiculous. It would have cost me that in gas and time as well. I told the lady on the phone to just keep my $7.00 to buy a sign to let others know their APP is not working properly with the APP. I went ahead and put coins in so I wouldn’t loose my already added laundry products. I am sure glad I didn’t try to do my sheets and blankets for my big wash days. That would’ve been a huge loss. One load and I out of here! I wouldn’t recommend it, there are closer ones to all the fun things to do.

For an expensive wash my clothes were soaked. I had to use 2 dryers to shorten my waiting time. I mean soaked, ringing water out soaked. It was a small load so the spin cycle must be weak. 1 Star for overall not a good experience.

They just need improvement in management and how to handle a simple $7.00 customer loss.

It doesn’t take much to put a sign on the business door that there may be issues with APP, ask the staff for help before using. Blaming the APP company wasn’t the solution. Putting a simple sign up was!

So for my $7.00 loss (1 load) here is some great advertising for this place. Beware my RV groups, pass this one up. There’s more right down the road. There are other laundromats closer to the beach I was going to use, but choose this one because of rating. You live, you learn! Just passing through! Bye, Bye!

It's been a while since I needed to use a laundromat. This place is nice, with quality machines. Prices appear to have risen considerably since I last needed a laundromat 15 or so years ago.

Very clean, but the employee made this visit to Suds & Duds a 5 Star review. She was Very nice and personable. I recommend this laundromat to everyone!

This was a complete 180 from our last laundromat visit at that place behind French Drug Store, on corner of Courthouse Rd. and Pass Rd.
That attendant was Rude, Crude, and I could say other things, but just won't be back and tell Anyone & Everyone to drive a little further to Suds and Duds!
