I called yesterday regarding a broken zipper on my wifes jacket. The man who answered was immediately rude and told me I had to hold which I did. I could hear him yelling and screaming with someone in the background. After I held for about ten minutes the man answers and asks “what do you want?!” It was very rude and unprofessional. I hope the owner or manager sees this review. He didn’t say how may I help you or what can I do for you? Anyways when I asked about fixing the zipper on my wife’s jacket the man replied he had no idea and couldn’t even give me an estimate. Id have to wait for the seamstress to quote me. Not only did this man waste my time. He was ultra rude and unprofessional. Worst customer service I have ever seen. I did call back and ask if he was the owner or manager to which he replied he wasn’t. So I hope the owner will discipline him. I then took my wife’s jacket to Dave’s dry cleaning here in nashua and they were super helpful from the get go. I will never use palmers and not recommend it to anybody. Mind you I probably just got a bad employee having a bad day but still. Left a bad first impression.

I go to the self service laundromat. The woman who works days is a saint, but the guy at night is terrible. He never answers the phones and is only concerned about going home on time even though some people need to come after work (but before last wash at 6:30). I understand other priorities but if he cannot work the night shift he shouldn’t be working there.

This place is clearly focused on customer satisfaction. The staff are great, the machines are great, and the facility is clean. Thanks to Star Laundry Club for making this place great!
