2022/23 Edit: Came in at 6PM two weeks ago and was called an “f-ing” C-word by Carl when I walked in. Told management and they couldn’t have cared less. I spend $120+ per month at this laundromat and I won’t ever be coming back.
Eve was the star of the show at this laundromat. She taught me how to use the machines when I moved to town about 2 years ago, and she is absolutely phenomenal. Pleasant, kind, helpful, polite, and a hard worker. I wish I could rate this place 5 stars. It’s easy to use the machines, clean, and well-organized. The problem is the man who works at night a lot of the time with his horrible attitude. He brings down the entire atmosphere of the place. He acts with passive aggression when cleaning, often invading your personal space and muttering under his breath. He has moved my laundry out of the washer on two separate occasions when I was sitting out front, in my car, with a timer on my phone and my load in the wash hadn’t even been finished for 3 minutes. If I am unable to go on Saturday mornings and I have to go Friday, I stay away from this place altogether to avoid him, Carl. The muttering and huffing I get whenever I come in here is just too much and upsets me immediately. I have to work until late, and sometimes I have to come in by last wash at 6:30 and the response I got from him a few weeks ago was unreal. He needs to bring a more positive attitude to the workplace, or maybe hire someone new for the night shift, or else I will go to the East Hollis Street one from now on instead. I will change my rating once the attitude of the gentleman changes…

I would like to thank Anna she has been nothing short of an amazing person. She always greets the people who walk in with a smile on her face and she’s constantly checking to make sure everyone is alright and if they need anything. She makes this laundry mat seem like I’m doing laundry at home. Keeping it clean and tidy and just bringing a nice vibe to star laundry.
