I love the new updates happening at Star Laundry Club. I have been coming here the last few months now and every time I walk in, the staff greets me with a smile. The place is super clean, machines are working, and I always feel welcomed. They’ve definitely raised the bar on what a laundromat experience should feel like her in Nashua.

Very clean. Quality machines. Decent pricing. Now, my review. First time coming here and figuring out the machines was a bit intimidating as some machines take card and some don't and some dryers take card and some don't. I asked the woman working there for help and she explained the difference and how I needed to get a laundromat card for the loads that DON'T take card (credit card). She was friendly. The second time I had a question after all my laundry was done successfully, was which machine would I use if I wanted to bring a queen comfortor to wash. This time I was helped by a gentleman who was very friendly as well and advised me to bring it in and he could better access the situation which is fine. It was the woman who had originally helped me the first time that.... Kind of rubbed me the wrong way this time. She saw me speaking to the gentleman, came over to see what we were talking about, I told her, and she made a comment, "Oh, because I thought you already washed your laundry, so!". Now I don't know what she meant by this but it made me feel like I couldn't ask any other questions, if I did have any. Again, this being my first time here, I had some questions and the only reason I came to this laundromat was because of all the good reviews about how clean they are and friendly and helpful and that small interaction left a bad taste in my mouth. BUT.. with all that being said, I would go back for the simple fact of now I know how to use the machines and it so close to my home but, I also might check out some other places I had in mind too.

Palmer’s Cleaners has really impressed me! It’s a fully automated laundromat, which makes the whole process quick and hassle-free. I especially appreciate the extra-large washers and dryers—perfect for bedding, comforters, and big loads that usually don’t fit anywhere else. The machines are efficient, and my laundry always comes out fresh and clean.

I also noticed they’ve been upgrading the facility, which makes it feel modern, comfortable, and well taken care of. Everything is easy to use, the place is spotless, and the new improvements show they care about their customers.

If you’re looking for a reliable, upgraded laundromat with top-notch machines, Palmer’s Cleaners is the spot. Highly recommend!

I've been coming here for close to a year now. The machines in my apartment building are kinda gross so I don't like to do my laundry at home. So roughly every 2 weeks I come here and get all of my laundry done at once. Even the smallest washing machines hold a lot of clothes, I usually only need 2 machines, though occasionally 3 if I have a lot of jackets and sweatshirts and such. The machines are very clean and do a great job washing my clothes. The permanent press is strong enough to thoroughly wash heavily soiled items, and the delicate cycle is very gentle on my more fragile clothes. The lowest dryer setting is also cool enough that I don't worry about my clothes shrinking. I've had issues at other laundromats where even the lowest setting was too hot and shrunk my clothes. The building is very clean, and I appreciate the extra cleaning and sanitizing they're doing because of covid. Their prices are a little higher than my laundromat of choice when I lived in a different city, but they're still pretty reasonable.

This guy that works nights is very rude unprofessional dosent speak to people the owner must not care an African American woman was in the laundry mat with her children she needed help with machine he told her you can use it another customer had to help her very rude an unprofessional then was talking to another customer about another employee saying how bad she was and all he does is stand and watch TV will not help customers I'm discussed complain to owner he doesn't care

Joe at Star Laundry was absolutely amazing. He is an employee there and helped me with the machines and patiently answered every question I had. I was having an extremely hard day, and his kindness, patience, and willingness to help made a huge difference.
