Polite and friendly staff for sure. It is never busy. The place is modern and squeaky Clean. Located in a strip mall with plenty of stores to browse whilst you warsh. Choices of small, medium and large washers allow decision precision. Plenty o' dryers, HOT! Vending commodities at great prices. All-around, a sound laundry facility. Yes they do offer drop off. Stop on by, drop on by, get duds clean and dry on the fly. Parlay lunch nearby and cordially, by and bye. `winks me eye.`

The laundromat has a convenient location. Is clean and not overcrowded. Most of machines were in working order and they laundry supplies for sale. The cheapest machine was about $4.25 with the most expensive washers requiring 9.25. while I was there, customer service was great. lashae was one of the women working and she was very kind and helpful. The one negative location would be that dryers state. They are 25 cents for 6 minutes but really it is only 3 minutes.

lashae!!!! very kind and friendly!!!! my 2 year old son wanted to watch baby shark and she put it for him on the TV. and if i have any questions about the washers our dryer’s she was happy to answer. not like other two ladies that work there i don’t even know there names but where very rude to my kids and mean say that my kids are running to much and getting the place dirty when they weren’t!! my kids are at all time next to me decently still going to this location bc of LASHAE!!!

Cleanest laundromat I've ever seen. There's multiple options for washers depending on the size of your load. I thought the dryers were a bit confusing because I've never selected the time for a load.

One staff member in particular named Liz helped me tremendously. It was my 1st time there, I had no idea I needed to load a splash em out card to run the machines, I had a problem with one that skipped the wash cycle, she fixed it for me. I recommend Liz to be employee of the month. She had an answer for everything I had questions about.

When I went there before, there was an attendant all day, from 9AM to 7PM or 8PM, I think. Now the attendant availability starts at 2PM. I was there around 1:45PM, so I waited to drop my laundry off. The attendant was late, so I decided to go ahead and wash my clothes myself. First of all, the only option to add money to the washing machine is a card that is loaded via a kiosk. I had to set up a whole account for the card and pay a fee to receive the card. The card kiosk doesn't give cash back, so I had to load $20 into the card when I only needed $6 or $7 to do my laundry. By the time I finished all of that, the attendant had finally arrived. Another customer and I stood waiting at least 10 minutes for them to open the counter. The attendant asked the other person a question, answered it, then walked away from the counter and went outside talking on her phone. She clearly saw me standing there in front of the counter with baskets of laundry to drop off. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and waited a few minutes more. But she just ignored me. Since I had already loaded the card, I went ahead and put some things that I had hand washed in a dryer. After they were dry in about thirty minutes or so, I gathered everything to leave. When I was in the parking lot, the attendant was still outside on her phone. I really liked it before and I LOVED the convenience of the drop off laundry service. I could have my clothes washed, dried, and folded for about $2 a pound. The other attendant that worked there until around the end of January was amazing; polite, efficient, and professional. I haven't been back since then.
