The facility is very clean, the staff is extremely nice. You are not able to put your wash on cold because the water takes a long time to fill, having to use warm wash instead. The dryers work well, however, initially you will receive 6 minutes for .25 and putting more in will only allot you 3 more minutes. This is a rip off for the customer. You will end up spending twice as much than you initially thought. When I asked about this, I was told, business is business. I totally understand however at other facilities this is not the case. You would think as a new competitor customer satisfaction would be high on the totem pole. My first time here and I will not be back.

wow they raise prices to 1.50 to dry hell no what dose people think we made of money we pay taxes bearly maken it now people will go else where if that's the case I won't pay that

I've been doing laundry here since they opened. I noticed today that the dryers were stealing $. So, I videod it. The so called "corporate guy" who was there giggled about it. They stole $1.50 today. Not a lot to some. BUT IT ADDS UP!! YOU ALL ARE THIEVES!! SHAME ON YOU!!

Used to be fine, now the prices for dryers have gone up, which I wouldn't mind if you could still add increments of time during the cycle. You have to wait until the dryer is completely done, and then you can add time. It's very inefficient and annoying to the point where I'll probably be finding another place to do laundry from now on

Lashae is a amazing worker, she was very informative on how to use the kiosk, helped me carry clothes in and held the door when I was leaving, She knew what washers and dryers to use that worked appropriately she's very friendly Approaching
People She's a very great employee and I return because of her business... I love splashem out laundry mat on New Circle Rd

The day I tried to wash clothes here, there were no washing machines available. Never seen a laundromat so packed until walking into this place. So, I just walked right out the door and went to another one.

In and out really quick for it to be a weekend. Washer and dryers work great. They have like a little play and tv area there for the kids while you wait. The second shift attendant was super super helpful even though she was super busy and only her 5th day there. Liz on second shift keep up the good work. It was nice to meet a nice person with a good attitude while she does her job.

I'm sure the experience may have just ok but considering but upon my arrival the owner told me how to work a washer and clean my mess up so Needless to say I took my stuff out of the washer and the packed it at the door So enter upon your own risk I'm assuming

I am very dissatisfied with the management team. The clothes dryer I used to dry my clothes malfunctioned and tore a tiny hole and left black streaks on every single article of clothing. The attendant on duty was amazing in her efforts to calm the situation. I have yet to hear back from management regarding this issue. I suppose google reviews is my next stop. So disappointed

This place was nice when the Hispanic man ran it. Now there's a lady that limps and she is very rude also always selling tshirts and makeup when I go on. That's awfully tacky. Been coming for almost 4 years. I won't be back after today. I was offended by the woman and the man there today. Both were rude and mouthy for no reason. This happened today 8/29/23. Absolutely disgusted with this place anymore.
