Very nice laundry mat. There is a man that runs it, he'll open the door for you, help you carry your laundry in or out. I spilled soap and I told him and he came and cleaned it up. He played with one of the children that just kept crying. Great place, I'll go back if my washer breaks again.

Burned my blanket. Creepy lady breathing down our necks the whole time, they have stupid rules. (Half cup of soap only, fill lines on all machines, and no blankets, pillows, pet bedding, or shoes allowed) never coming back!!

The male worker, who I assume is the owner is ALWAYS so kind and professional. He always opens up the door when I’m lugging in laundry and always makes my kids feel welcome, which is hard to come by nowadays. It is the cleanest laundromat I have ever been to, which is also very hard to come by. He does have a lot of signs up, giving instruction but they are not worth any negativity that I’ve seen in the reviews, all of his signs are very understandable. I’ve personally seen him kick someone out, but believe me, they absolutely deserved it. Show respect, Receive Respect.

It's very convenient for me because it's close to the apartment where I live at on NW 63rd street and the place is clean and the prices are good, the worker is a very nice gentlemman! It's also in a good area! 👍 A satisfied laundry customer!

I was banned from the property by the owner when i tried to tell him that my clothes were abnormally wet when i took them out of the washer. I was just trying to be a good customer and let them know, so the machine wouldnt get broken, i was cussed at very bad and belittled and told i should know how to use a washer by my age in front of all the customers, then he was screaming at his worker. This is a very bad man that owns the property and the store next door, i dont recommend anyone to give someone that treats people this way to give him business.

I’ve been going to this laundromat for years now. It’s clean, they have different sized washers and dryers as well. I’ve only ever had one bad experience, and it was due to somebody working I’d never seen before. All in all, I continue bringing my business here because of the courtesy and cleanliness!!

Most of my experience was great. The employee was kind and helpful and the higher price for a wash was balanced by a cheaper dry. Then the owner just showed up and taking money out of all the machines and then tried to rearrange my clothing in my dryer telling me how to do my laundry. Like he opened my dryer and was touching my laundry. He also said that I didnt know how to wash and my blankets in the dryer are still dirty and that I need to start over...

The employee was apologetic but I'm not going back.

I’ve been here a few times, and every time it is so pleasant! Never had a bad experience and the people working are happy to help with the door or any questions. It always looks so clean, you can see the pride that is taken in the care and upkeep. I will come here any time I have a need.
