The facility is clean. And while yes the attendants are sticklers for the proper use of their machines... they would be in the wrong to assume everyone knows how to work a washing machine at all, much less those industrial machines. There are people out there... like a teenager I know... who didn't know machines required a certain kind of soap to actually clean their clothes... so yeah... it's better that they err on the side of caution and uniformly enforce their rules and guidelines for everyone's health and safety.

This Place is very welcoming! They offer to help carry things in. The environment is very clean. Prices are affordable. Great Customer Service.

If I could rate it -0 stars I would! 🤣This is the weirdest place I have ever been to. The attendant working there is a creep! He was standing over my daughter when she was loading her clothes in the washer , he said he was making sure she didn't "overfill" the washer. Then he even went as far as to open the washers I had put my dirty clothes in to , once again make sure I wasn't overfilling the washers, while I was getting $ out of the ATM . He made a big deal about everything once I told him he was standing over my daughter. He kept arguing with me & when I asked for the owners phone number he said it was on the wall, went to the wall & never saw a phone number for the owner. He called the owner himself & no telling what he said because the owner came in very rude to us. Very bad customer service from the owner & his employees. Never wash there!!

2023-20-06 I've been coming here at this laundromat on L block 5/6 years. This day employee young caucasian girl, starts yelling I had too many clothes in 3x machines. I had (3) full size blankets, it wasn't a goose down comforter, nor bed spread. Throw blankets ❕She pulled my belongings out of machine threw on floor . I stated pick up my belongings before I kick your axx. She called James told him what I said,but didn't tell him what actually happened & why ❓They called police. Public if you're reading this we as community do not have to tolerate this type of behavior and abuse from James Business.. This man is a racist, but wants black community to spend their dollars with his own business.

The lady and gentleman are the most rude people I personally believe on Earth. They like to tell you every single little thing you can or cannot do. Also they try to say how to do people's OWN laundry as if we haven't been doing it for years and don't know exactly what we're doing. They will stare at you like the whole time uncomfortably and creepy till the point you just want to leave your stuff and get the hell out of there as quickly as possible. Unless you want a horrible experience with the worst customer service ever DO NOT go here whatsoever. I'm so serious I will tell you again DON'T EVER go here.
