Friendly and helpful staff, ready to help you with machines or anything else. I love that they offer complimentary hypoallergenic laundry soap, have nice big machines and lots of space for waiting and/or folding. Very clean and obviously well-kept. Makes a household chore a pretty pleasant experience.
