Don't believe his quotes. Owner quoted me for cleaning 3 rugs. I knew the rugs needed extra care so I offered to pay him a little more than what he quoted me to make up for the extra work. Then, when I went to go pick it up, he UPCHARGED me even more - on top of what I offered him. Never do business with people if you cant trust their word - or in this case their quotes.
