Regarding the carts, this is a common policy now at many laundromats to protect customer safety and prevent carts from tipping or being damaged. In fact, the other laundromat you recently reviewed also follows the same policy and does not allow carts outside for the same reasons.

We understand that carrying laundry can be inconvenient, especially during busy times, and we truly appreciate your understanding as we balance convenience with safety and equipment availability for all customers. We’re always working to improve the overall experience and value we provide.
